1. Choose an Assessment from this page.
2. Enter your name. I suggest entering your first name and an initial for last name. This step only needs to be done the first time you complete a formative.
3. Answer the questions. Select the best answer choice. 
4. Select “Check Answer” to see if your choice is correct. 
5. Review the feedback. If you selected the wrong answer, you are allowed a second attempt to choose a correct answer.
6. Submit your assessment to review correct responses with explanations.

Tip: You do not need a Formative student account to complete the assessment. You can login or create a FREE account to save your results by clicking your initials in the upper right corner. 

Assessments cannot be edited.

To accommodate various learners, practice assessments include 25 questions. Instead of creating one large bank of questions, I create assessments with a management number of questions.

Assessments cannot be copied or cloned. You are welcome to share links to my Formative Assessments with social media. 

I’ve shared Formative Assessments in such a way that students do not register or create an account with Formative when using Practice Sets. Personal data is not collected.

Students can sign up or log in to create a FREE account and save their results. This can be done by clicking “TE” in the upper right corner of the assessment.
